A team to help you prepare for your arrival in France

Available throughout your stay

Before you arrive

Once your admission has been confirmed, the person in charge of welcoming international students will get in contact with you to start organising your arrival and stay.

They will inform your country’s embassy of your admission in order to get your visa (in the case of non-European students) and will help you to look for accommodation, especially if this is a precondition for obtaining your visa (which is the case for some countries); all useful information about accommodation in the private sector or university halls of residence will be sent to you with your acceptance letter.

The entire Montpellier Business School welcoming team will be there to answer your questions about administrative procedures, the cost of living, finding accommodation and student life at the school...

Upon arrival

You will be met at Montpellier airport or train station by staff from the school (administrative staff and/or students) who will take you to your accommodation. You will then be assisted with administrative procedures: opening a bank account, creating an electricity account, internet subscriptions, etc.

Throughout your studies

The person responsible for your welcome will also be your point of contact throughout your studies at the Montpellier Business School. In particular, they will help to put you in touch with the right person according to your needs (teaching, internships, student life, etc.)
